Cancelling WetDreams — what the public offer says

WetDreams plans (495 ₽, 1,495 ₽ and 3,495 ₽ a month) are sold both on the site and through a Telegram bot. The public offer of 7 August 2026 describes the automatic renewal and how to opt out of it — here are its key clauses.

Under the offer a subscription may be recurring — then each following period is charged without additional confirmation, unless the plan says otherwise.

Will I be refunded after cancelling?

What to do

  1. Remember where you subscribed: on the site or through the @wetdio_bot Telegram bot — the offer names the bot as one of the access and payment channels.
  2. Sign in and find the subscription section: under clause 7.3 switching off the recurring payment is the user's own action in the personal account. The exact screen is behind the login, so the steps inside are not verified.
  3. Switch the renewal off before the next charge date: the offer does not promise any confirmation before charging.
  4. If there is no such control, write to support@wetdreams.io or t.me/wetdreamsai — the service promises an answer within 24 hours, up to 48 in complex cases.
The offer rules out refunds

Clause 6.3: termination by the user “does not entail a refund of the licence fee already paid”. Breaking the rules is also listed as a case with no refund.

What you lose and what remains

The free tier is thin: for a logged-out visitor the subscription page's own data shows a limit of 10 messages, a context of 8192 and voice synthesis disabled. There is not much left after cancelling.

Does deleting the account cancel the subscription?

The offer treats deletion as withdrawal from the contract, but without any refund. It is safer to switch the recurring charge off separately, before the billing date.
